Delivery & Warranty Disclaimer

Delivery

  • For UK customers, orders need to be placed through a registered Dispensing Optician.  Orders received before 2pm will be posted the same day wherever possible.
  • All parcels will be dispatched using Tracked 48 via Royal Mail. 
  • If orders are received over the weekend or on Bank Holidays then parcels will shipped the next working day. Once posted the delivery times are set out by Royal Mail.
  • Tracked 24 is available for an additional £2.50 and is only offered throughout the UK on orders placed before 1pm.  This is available Monday-Thursday. Tracked 24 will arrive the next working day in the UK (this excludes a Saturday delivery, orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday). Any delays in delivery due to Strikes or Royal Mail delays are beyond our control.

Warranty

  • We offer a 3 year Warranty in the UK which applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from The Links Ltd (the “Physical Goods”).
  • What does this 3 Year warranty cover?
  • This 3 year Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the 3 year Warranty Period.
  • The warranty does not cover chewing, excessive damage caused by misuse or heating of the products wear and tear nor the use of solvent sprays that may affect the Siliflex material.
  • During the Warranty Period, The Links Ltd will replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
  • This 3 Year Warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This 3 Year Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
  • Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance or modification (including using solvent cleaning sprays or applying heat)
  • The warranty does not cover chewing, excessive damage caused by misuse or heating of the products, nor the use of solvent sprays that may affect the Siliflex material.
  • All warranty replacements will be dispatched with no postage charges.

  • If a warranty claim is deemed not a warranty under the terms described above – this decision will be final and no replacements will be dispatched free of charge.
